Qual é o melhor anti-malware da atualidade?

Alguns de vocês já tiveram problemas com o Utorrent? Eu estou perguntando porque no final de junho meu computador fica travando aleatoriamente, e quando eu coloquei para o conserto os técnicos falaram que era vírus. O problema e que eu não fazia ideia o que causou vírus no meu pc, ate que recentemente eu descobri que o Utorrent (que estava instalado no meu pc desde março) instala no seu pc um programa chamado webhelper, programa a qual causa lentidão e travamentos. Eu gostaria de saber se vocês já tiveram um problema similar a esse?

Estou curioso em saber quais são os utilitários que vocês usam para romhacking.

Os programas que eu uso em geral são:
- HxD Hex Editor
- Ghidra
- Cheat engine
- bizhawk

Eu tambem uso o fceux para jogos do nintendinho, regen e exodus para sega genesis/megadrive, Applewin para apple 2 e Emulicious para master system e gameboy.

Eu sempre usei o Oracle, no entanto, gostaria de saber se existem opções melhores
